ROOF SYSTEMS THAT ARE BUILT TO LAST
Roof Systems Built to Last.
You can count on Butler roofs to be weathertight, low-maintenance, and worry-free. They are engineered for durability, designed to protect your assets and give you peace of mind with a long-lasting, reliable solution.
Moveable Roof Clips
The MR-24 clip allows the roof to expand and contract with changing temperatures. This mobility prevents stress at the clips, fasteners, and panel splice that could otherwise make the building vulnerable to leaks and wind damage.
Mechanical Seaming
The sealing process is handled by a heavy-duty, four-stand, electric, portable roll-forming machine called the Roof Runner. This innovative machine is brought directly to the job site to create and seal the roof panels. Its robust design and portability ensure a smooth, efficient process.
Double-Lock Seams
The MR-24® roof system’s seams are mechanically field-rolled a full 360 degrees, creating a robust, double-lock seam. Other manufacturers only crimp their seams, which can leave a weak, vulnerable seal.
Staggered Panel Splices
With MR-24® roof systems, staggered panel splices prevent leaks by avoiding a single weak point. All splices are also located over supporting steel for extra reinforcement, unlike other systems that leave splices unsupported.
Perfect Alignment
All MR-24® roof panels and structural members are factory-punched to ensure perfect alignment. This guarantees a weathertight system and the precise installation of all accessories and trim.
VSR II™ Roof System
Designed for architectural projects, the VSR II roof system is a versatile standing-seam roof that can accommodate complex roof geometries. It can be installed on light-gauge steel framing or any proper roof deck with a slope of 1/4:12 or greater.
