Installation is fast and accurate with our mezzanine system. Perimeter beams come pre-punched, and all railings and stairs are modular and interchangeable for easy attachment. The system includes 4-foot railing sections, an optional removable rail, an 8-foot dual-opening swing gate, and stair options designed to meet both OSHA and IBC codes.
He Express Mezz™ system is built for easy assembly. It features Butler 3-plate beams, G30, 11.5” deep C-joists attached with bolted clips, and HSS square tube columns. Since all parts, including the railing and stairs, bolt into pre-punched holes, the entire system requires no on-site welding.
